Job Profile :

Identify new business opportunities including new clients and develop relationships with customers.

Handle high net worth customers and manage the portfolio for necessary growth and expected profit margins.

Develop a marketing strategy and increase business volumes to achieve targets.

Initiate and assist the branch staff to handle branch campaigns.

Candidate Prerequisites :

Full or part qualification in Banking.

5 years experience in Private Banking with minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office and Back Office Operations.

Knowledge on Foreign Exchange Transactions, AML & Compliance and Credit Operations.

Good understanding of product and services, tariff structure, commissions ,bank charges and regulatory requirements.

Ability to maintain high efficiency of work and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent negotiation and customer service skills coupled with excellent communication skills.
