Bloomberg Electronic Trading Systems (ETS) offers premier multi-asset trading venues and services, including workflows across the Fixed Income, FX and Equity markets.  As the Regulatory Venues and Market Structure Product Manager, you will help to drive the overall strategy and growth of the ETS business. You will work alongside a number of internal stakeholders in the development, successful delivery and ongoing operation of a market leading electronic trading solution. In your role you will further monitor and, where relevant, engage in regulatory developments in the US both in terms of external advocacy and internal strategy.

We'll trust you to:

•  Drive the strategy and product development for regulated products.
•  Effectively manage the product specification and appropriate prioritization.
•  Work seamlessly with our experienced engineers on product milestones.
•  Work with senior sales leadership to derive an overall business strategy.
•  Clearly communicate product vision, execution plan and development status with key stakeholders.
•  Follow regulatory developments in the US.
•  Engage with regulators and perform advocacy around the interests of the business.
•  Represent your business at Trade Associations.

You’ll need to have:

•  Ability to work well across multiple teams, lead and influence others.
•  Strong understanding of US Fixed Income Trading market structure.
•  Strong understanding of US regulatory landscape.
•  Demonstrated ability to deliver milestone initiatives in a timely manner.
•  7+ years of relevant experience
