Delivering excellence as an Regulatory Team Administrator within Capita HR Solutions:
We currently have an exciting role for an experienced Administrator to join our busy and friendly Edinburgh based team. Our client requires some of their staff to undergo assessments to ensure that they are ‘approved’ to work in a regulated environment, as part of this process we administer assessments of these members of staff and provide regular reports to the clients on their progress.
Working in a Service Centre environment, you will be responsible for the administration of regulatory processes. Working as part of a team, you will have daily interaction with the client and its employees. Responsibilities are varied but focus on providing a high level of customer service and administration support within agreed timescales and service level agreements
This is a 6 month contract
What you’ll be doing:
Preparing the administration of Fitness and Propriety (F&P) assessments and certification process
Drafting and coordinating communications in relation to F&P assessments using Microsoft Outlook and telephone where necessary
Creating Regulated References for all leavers within a regulated capacity ensuring that all necessary checks are completed within SLA
Conducting audits where required and reviewing all relevant materials as needed to ensure accuracy of data across all processes
Reviewing and completing various daily and weekly reports to ensure accurate information is held Following up with key stakeholders to obtain data components and conduct details
Liaising with employees to obtain personally identifiable information
Taking ownership for each case and following through to conclusion from notification
What we’re looking for:
Proven track record of providing quality customer service in a similar environment
Previous experience working in an administrative environment
Demonstrated ability with computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and deal with conflicting priorities
Ability to respond to a high volume of queries, ensuring a high attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with clear and concise language verbally and with written correspondence
