Yew Tree Veterinary Surgery is an RCVS accredited practice based in Withington, a vibrant M20 location in south Manchester. Only 4 miles from the buzzing Manchester City Centre and 11 minutes away from Manchester's International Airport!

We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to come and join our friendly, professional and extremely supportive growing team. You will be supported by a Head Vet along with 3 other vets, Head Nurse, Practice Director and a support team of PCA's, Receptionists and admin. We are a busy forward thinking practice offering lots of opportunities to learn and advance your skills, you will enjoy recently extended surroundings, within a well-equipped practice with many exciting opportunities in the near future.

If you are looking for an RVN role which will give you the chance to have a prominent role in training and guiding junior nurses, along with a day to day focus on being clinically involved with nurse clinics, 2nd vaccinations, pre-op checks and surgery then this role will definitely be worth exploring.

We have a varied caseload with a generous rota to ensure a good work life balance.

A full time Nurse works a 40 hour working week over 4 days with a set day off in the week, 1 in 5 Saturdays and no OOH or bank holidays!
