The Regional Sustainability Specialist will lead the development, implementation and execution of strategic sustainability programs and projects at the farmgate in collaboration with internal and external partners across the North American region to drive key environmental outcomes. In this role, you will lead the entire process for a specific business program lifecycle to provide a final solution package. The Regional Sustainability Specialist will work across supply chains, with businesses, corporate team members, and outside industry groups with a goal of delivering practical sustainability solutions that enable our business to grow and customers to be more profitable. You will help to develop, train, and influence the team to gain proficiency in positioning and engaging farmgate customers in our sustainability programs and offerings.
Location: This will be a remote position. The preferred locations for this role include IL, IN, OH, MI.
