An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional SHEQ Advisor to join our client at their Barking Site.

Reporting to the SHEQ Manager you will be assisting in the health, safety, quality and environmental matters within JSM Group through the provision of professional advice and solutions, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.

Responsibilities will include:

* Advising and assisting in the planning and promotion of health, safety, environment and quality programmes and establishing a suitable organisation to put them into effect
* Interpreting and advising on the implementation of company's policies, procedures and safe systems of work
* Communicating with site teams on health and safety issues

To be considered for this role you will need to have excellent communication skills, great negotiation skills and be able to cope under pressure.

Additionally you will need:

* NEBOSH/NCRQ Level 6
* EUSR or CSCS in a related subject
* Working knowledge of HSG47
* Power/Fibre/Water/Gas Experience
* Proficient in Accident/Incident Investigation & RCA
* Data Analysis and Compiling reports
* Competent in standard Microsoft Software

This is a permanent full time role Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and/or night work.
