The Region Product Line Sales Leader for Completions and Well Intervention (North America Offshore) is responsible for managing activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. This role provides strategic direction and vision during long term, sometimes complex sales processes to help deliver best in class products and services to our clients.
 

As a Region Product Line Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools.
  • Leading commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, and serving as ITO lead for business reviews.
  • Cleaning and maintaining data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
  • Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used. Products and systems are client specific and require technical analysis and system design to fit client conditions.
  • Managing complex long term sales processes. Contracts involve pricing and conditions of sales, rent, operation and maintenance.
  • Handling important business unit clients. Department is involved in big sales.
  • Handling big or highly complex markets / Large potential for growth.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Experience or familiarity with Baker Hughes product lines (preferred)
  • People management experience (preferred)
