JOB DESCRIPTION

Sourcing

• Supporting Ireland store recruitment providing line managers with guidance on advert generation and auditing output to ensure it aligns to brand guidelines
• Utilising local and national job boards as needed to generate applications, ensuring all applicants filter in to our ATS for tracking and communicating purposes.
• Working closely with regional and local stakeholders to convert recruitment briefs into active campaigns, taking in to consideration individual needs of the store and the location
• Using the ATS system, create talent pipelines supporting the future hiring needs

Selecting

• Arranging store interviews, liaising with line managers, candidates, and retail recruitment partners to ensure a seamless experience
• System management of candidate regrets, offers and feedback where needed

On-boarding

• Guiding candidates through retail on-boarding
• Setting up day-1 activities with store colleagues
• Creating and distributing on-boarding material

Reporting:

• Maintaining key recruitment reporting on areas such as, pipeline activity levels, hires and candidate volumes.
