Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive set of measures to support day to day operational management of the team (productivity, utilisation and quality) and achievement of business goals
  • Manage workloads effectively, proposing and implementing suitable efficiency strategies to deliver on client expectations
  • Encourage continuous improvement to reduce costs and increase efficiency
  • Identify potential business growth opportunities in order to optimise revenue and develop Capita’s business in NHS
  • Contribute to maintaining an up-to-date business continuity plan for team; provide active leadership if it’s execution is required
  • Ensure that all procedures and processes comply with employment policies, data protection legislation, diversity issues and best practice.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong recruitment management experience.
  • Experience of working with KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Experience of working in an HR shared service environment in a management and operational capacity.
  • Substantial experience of managing teams within a performance management framework
  • Capacity planning
  • Experience of engaging and influencing key senior stakeholders
