Job Description

As a recruitment marketing specialist, you’ll maintain our Talent Marketing team’s job ad initiative. Job ads are high-visibility assets, so the ability to synthesize complex internal job descriptions, recruiter feedback, and hiring manager needs into external-facing job ads with accuracy and precision – in most cases, within 24 hours – is essential. In addition to writing ads, you’ll process a high volume of requisition duplication requests and audit our job board daily to ensure compliance with our guidelines and standards. You’ll document all job-ad requests and auditing activities and will update the HTML of our job ads to integrate pre-recorded videos. You’ll be expected to suggest process improvements, stay connected with Talent Marketing teammates on ever-changing job-board requirements, consistently review and optimize our guidelines, and train recruiters on job-ad best practices.

Our team’s office space is located in Mayfield Village, OH, with work from home days possible, but we’ll also consider fully remote applicants.
