The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for a regional Recruitment Manager to come in and own a significant part of EMEA’s passive candidate channel for Inclusion, Diversity and Equity hiring. Our EMEA Talent Acquisition team push boundaries to deliver. We use innovative sourcing methods to supply tech talent needed for rapid growth. Your team will be responsible for driving diverse candidate generation strategies and programs for the region. Sourcing Recruiters on this team draw on extensive knowledge of the business; forge dynamic relationships with leaders, hiring managers, HR BP’s and work directly in partnership with Recruiters in building out next generation diverse sourcing strategies.

You will:
· Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders, both regionally and globally, by partnering with market intelligence, line of business Recruitment teams and operational teams.
· Hire, coach, train and develop a team of Sourcing Recruiters across multiple locations
· Evangelise next generation agile sourcing strategies
· Help identify talent trends leveraging relative market knowledge, data and competitive intelligence
· Lead by example experimenting with agile management of your team and customer base ensuring Sourcing Recruiters are managed to appropriate milestones and metrics
· Own experimental programs from concept through to delivery
· Help build data-driven sourcing and pooling strategies that meet current and future business objectives and scale with the rapid EMEA growth of AWS.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience building, coaching and managing a Talent Acquisition team in a high-tech, fast-paced environment
· Experience working with recruiting tools, including resume databases, Internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
· Demonstrate a passion for talent pool research and experimenting with new sourcing techniques
· Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies with an ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively
· Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers and the Recruiting team
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 4+ years managing a remote Sourcing team in a similar environment either regionally or globally
· Workforce planning experience
· High level of judgment with an ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment
· Passion for Inclusion and Diversity and its role beyond just Talent Acquisition
