The Recruiting Specialist manages the full cycle recruitment for hourly hiring at assigned location(s).  This includes conducting Intake Meetings with hiring teams, sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for onsite interviews in addition to managing the offer and onboarding process in close partnership with local HR teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end recruitment for hourly talent
  • Review & post job descriptions, ensuring compliance and best practice
  • Review inbound talent; source passive talent
  • Recommend and facilitate creative sourcing solutions, partnering with others are necessary to launch targeted campaigns
  • Submit recommended candidates to hiring teams for review
  • Coordinate onsite interview logistics
  • Manage offer process, including creating, approving and extending
  • Manage pre-hire system tasks
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs (onsite and virtual)
  • Create & maintain local partnerships for ongoing hiring initiatives
  • Accountable for meeting standard recruitment targets, system and process compliance

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field strongly preferred 
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition in a similar industry, required
  • Familiarity with Workday strongly desired
  • Excellent customer service, time management, interpersonal and analytical skills with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to interface at all levels of the organization, remotely
  • Strong decision making, organizational and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome unforeseen obstacles
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and manage through influence
  • Intellectual curiosity and agility with a proven ability to anticipate needs and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Genuine interest in building networks
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast pace while properly managing stakeholder expectations
