Job summary
Amazon is looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Recruiter to join our professional recruiting organization. The successful candidate will support customers in the Retail org for Amazon across Europe, providing a full recruiting life-cycle service. You will ensure that candidates are recruited quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively in order to meet the ongoing needs of a rapidly growing business, solving complex recruitment challenges and developing your own career and skill set along the way.
This role can be based out of London, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Munich or Luxembourg.
Key job responsibilities
• be responsible for hands on business delivery role hiring for Amazon Retail across Europe predominantly in the UK, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Italy and Spain, providing a proactive and targeted approach to attracting the best talent
• partner with senior stakeholders in relevant organizations to provide first-class recruiting support and advice throughout the end to end hiring process and on overall hiring strategy
• operate as the expert in industry best practices, monitoring new trends and opportunities.
• own and manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• represent the company at external events when required
• ensure the quality of our recruiting process is consistent by conducting skills training for managers
• you will track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities, including time to hire and cost per hire.
• you will partner with HR and Training teams, ensuring combined objectives are achieved
• work to develop the employer brand through advertising, promotion, and community involvement with recruitment focused local events

· Experience recruiting for mid-senior level talent.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
Communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
· Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
· Consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
· Possess analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
• Experience recruiting in an in-house environment
• Corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives
