Job Description
Collector Responsibilities:
- Using various tracing methods to customers.
- Interviewing customers via call and Whatsapp to establish their ability to pay debt.
- Overcoming stall tactics and objections, and suggesting sources of money for debt payments.
- Negotiating settlements by arranging customers’ payments over longer time span.
- Updating customers’ information and payment slips.
- Informing management regarding effectiveness of strategies for various accounts.
- Comply with company rules and superior management.
Collector Requirements:
- Computer and smartphone essentials .
- 2-3 Whatsapp accounts necessary.
- Fluent English (Writing and speaking).
- Previous work experience in customer service, sales, collections or related field.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and people skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Resilient with impolite customers.
