Collector Responsibilities:

• Using various tracing methods to customers.
• Interviewing customers via call and Whatsapp to establish their ability to pay debt.
• Overcoming stall tactics and objections, and suggesting sources of money for debt payments.
• Negotiating settlements by arranging customers’ payments over longer time span.
• Updating customers’ information and payment slips.
• Informing management regarding effectiveness of strategies for various accounts.
• Comply with company rules and superior management.

Collector Requirements:

• Computer and smartphone essentials .
• 2-3 Whatsapp accounts necessary.
• Fluent English (Writing and speaking).
• Previous work experience in customer service, sales, collections or related field.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and people skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Resilient with impolite customers.
