The RECIB / IPC Analyst assists the team delivering customized, complex banking and capital markets solutions to institutional private real estate investors.  The Analyst supports the IPC team growing existing and client relationships in order to deliver revenue growth and capital markets income through rigorous implementation of IRM strategies.

Plays an integral role in supporting new business development, due diligence, and/or transaction execution under the direction of the Associates.   Assist in the preparation of credit memos, underwriting, financial models, research, and pitch books.   Builds cross-functional relationships within CIB, CCB, and Grandbridge.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree
• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
