Do you only have a successful day if your guests have had a great stay and do you know how to throw a party with the guest every moment? With 139 rooms in the heart of Rotterdam, we are a vibrant hotel. We do everything we can to offer our guests a personal, heartwarming and hospitable experience and we are looking for a colleague who knows how to get his or her energy out of that.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic centipede who is available for 38 hours a week. And can be used both for the Front Office and occasionally for breakfast.

Work Experience

What will you be doing in this position?

In this position you ensure that our guests have a fantastic stay from arrival to departure. You are the hotel's business card and the point of contact for our hotel guests. You ensure that our guests are treated in a professional and personal way during check-in, check-out or when the guest asks for your expertise about the city of Rotterdam. In addition, you inform our guests about our ALL loyalty program and you know how to convert any complaints into a positive experience.
