An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Receptionist to join a Financial Technical company in their thriving team. The ideal applicant will be the main point of contact to meet and greet visitors and answer and redirect calls so you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle numerous queries. Other duties will include:
* Ensuring the front desk is neat, presentable and fully equipped
* Managing all incoming and outgoing post
* Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
* Ordering and tracking stationery
* Dealing with enquiries
To be considered for this tole you will need to have previous experience within a similar role ad be proficient in the use of MS Office tools. You will also need a good understanding of all administrative skills. This is an immediate role for the right person so don't delay, apply today. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
