Position Summary

Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance professionals are leaders in optimizing operations that span the entire enterprise of an organization, from strategy to implementation and operation.  Work you’ll do 

Provide clients with facility planning, requirements gathering, leasing, architectural design, construction oversight, furniture, fixtures and equipment procurement and installation oversight, and move-in logistics. The practitioner will act as Owner's Representative ensuring requirements and standards are delivered in all new facility and office renovation projects. The practitioner will join an established engagement team where they will be given a portfolio of facilities and projects to plan and deliver, while guiding their client with industry best practices to help improve the client organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

 The team 

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.

 Qualifications 

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Travel up to 25%  

Preferred: 

• Construction Management or General Contracting project management experience 
• Architectural or Engineering Design experience 
• Organizational and project tracking skills
• AutoCAD or similar program proficiency
• Corporate Real Estate experience
• Strong interpersonal skills.
