Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
The Transaction Coordinator will be instrumental in the development, implementation, and management of processes to support the EMEA Land Acquisition team, working with internal and external business partners, and in the coordination and consolidation of data to enable reporting of Objectives and Key Results. Core elements of the role will include;
- Design, implement and maintain processes to plan, manage, measure, and evaluate performance of the transaction process.
- Administer the tracking of the transactions and collection of information to support the Acquisition Managers.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams such as operations, legal, finance, treasury, and tax to ensure successful project delivery.
- Effectively communicate expectations, requirements, and status of projects to key stakeholders and business partners
- Continue to build a culture of speed, flexibility, and teamwork with all business partners.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate / Data Centers, Finance, Management Consulting, or related field or 4+ years of Microsoft experience.
- Relevant Project Management qualification, such as Prince2 or PMI or APM.
- Knowledge of real estate transaction process
- A track record of coordinating high performing teams in a fast paced and changing environment.
