Job description

As a Real Estate Consultant you recognize and address defects and risks in buildings and installations. You have the technical knowledge to trace causes. Based on your experience, you draw up schedules and budget estimates, monitor them and communicate about them.
In short:

• You inspect and assess real estate, both existing and new plans;
• You report and bundle inspections;
• You advise clients on maintenance, risks, strategy and purchase; 

Job requirements

Of course you have a number of years of work experience in the sector and with the inspection work. You know how to translate measured results into a clear advisory report. 
You have up-to-date knowledge of the laws and regulations within the construction industry. In addition, the following applies:

• Completed HBO or TU education in Architecture or equivalent;
• Knowledge and experience with NEN2767;
• Creative, objective and precise; 
• Excellent communication skills;
