Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Managing Supplier Compliance for the Ingredion Belcamp Site including assessing risk and maintaining supplier audit schedule.
- Is responsible for management and documentation obtained from suppliers for the Supplier Approval Program to include Supplier Documents, Supplier Audit Checklist, Risk Management Matrices, FSVP forms and Supplier Scorecards.
- Responsible for reviewing and approving incoming supplier documentation against Ingredion standards and communication of information to Belcamp site Food Safety Team.
- Perform on-site supplier audits (as needed).
- Maintain document files consistent with the requirements of the corporate records retention policies and governmental records retention requirements.
- Responsible for managing supplier Food Fraud program.
- Search electronic sources, such as databases or repositories, or manual sources for information.
- Provides support for accessing documentation and records during GFSI, Regulatory, Supplier, and Customer Audits.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field.
- Supplier Quality Auditing experience to a GFSI scheme.
- FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor certification
- Highly organized, and detailed oriented
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with suppliers, customers, and individuals at all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner.
- Must possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel 25%
