Educational/Background Requirements: 

Associates or Bachelors Degree

Advanced Statistical Process Control and Capability (SPC1 and 2)

Gauge Capability Analysis

Six-Sigma Green-Belt Certification (preferred)

Project Management

Lead Six Sigma and Lean Team Activities in the plant

Microsoft Word and Excel

Knowledge of WCP/TQM philosophy

Statistical Software (NWA Software Suite)

Gauge Capability Software

Personal Skills:  This is a highly interactive position. The successful candidate must be able to effectively advise management of the process performance issues in the plant.  Good personal interactive skills are essential for the training and coaching of plant hourly and management teams. Analytical skills must be highly developed with an ability to objectiely evaluate data and preform statistical analysis.  Ability to interface with corporate engineering and customers, concerning quality and process capability.  Technical writing skills provide an advance in report development and team progress documentation.
