The Quality Manager, a member of the Plant Leadership Team, will lead the planning and directing of quality activities of the Performance Tapes division in North America (PTNA). This role often calls for the derivation and application of new or unusual approaches. You will partner with the technical teams to formulate, recommend and direct research and development programs to meet organization needs for the quality improvement and cost reduction of both existing and new products and processes. You will facilitate the transfer of technologies throughout various areas of the organization, evaluate new products, review and analyze technical literature and stay current on related issues and technical data. You will work directly for the business Plant Manager, and be responsible for developing a team of Quality professionals.
