Job Description
The purpose of this role is to manage & coordinate Q&FS incidents that occur during manufacture at the WOD site. This includes incident reporting, information collection, and decision recommendation(s).

What will be your key responsibilities?
QFS Incident Management
- Responsible for incident reporting (as defined through the WOD incident Management procedure, site PRIMP)
- Primary analysis to determine what and who is required to provide the satisfactory outcome.
- Coaching of incident reporting procedure to shift and area managers.
- Development of the incident management procedure to ensure it is highly effective, efficient and maximizes site benefit.
- Engage all stake holders ensuring appropriate root cause analysis has been completed for each incident.
- Responsible to ensure appropriate decision and procedure is in place to control any affected raw material, in process conditions & finished product.
- Ensure change management is deployed within the factory to manage Q&FS risk.
- Resolve non-conformance issues not identified &/or fixed on shift. Provide support and input into the various occasions when major events of non-compliance occur. This will include investigations, working with various functional teams and pursuing a permanent solution to the issue.
- Be involved and contribute to business change projects that effect the manufacturing environment such as HACCP and other compulsory requirements.
- Ensure HACCP risks assessments are completed when required for anything new going into any facility.
- 1st point of contact (including after hours) for all site facilities.
PRIMP:- Raising PRIMP’s (escalating all Q&FS issues to R&D contact point) and member of RA1 team
PrimeSafe (Operational License). Facilitate all PrimeSafe external audits ensuring all actions are logged and followed through to completion.
3rd Party Compliance:
- Manage external 3rd Party licensing & Compliance audits; including, but not limited to
- QAP (Depart of Ag – Import);
- Codex HACCP;
- Depart Agriculture Import; AA (meetings in Canberra with all stakes holder)
CAPA (Corrective & Preventative Action)
- Assist ensuring that CAPA is developed when appropriate from site incidents.
- Assist in coordination to close out of all site Supply CAPA
QFS Management (Site)
- Responsible as primary contact between Operations & other divisions in business for all facilities
Finished Product
- Manage review and disposition in SAP held product (Tray Product) & Canning/Nutri as required.
- Support Tray reclaim activities and validation of new SKU’s.
- Follow up on samples required for Primps and engage Q&FS R&D for product review in order to prevent CSL impacts.
- SQS panel attendance for supply, recommending process capability for all site facilities.
- 1st point of contact for SAP related issues to point of resolution.
- Holding product (in SAP) based on non-compliance or resulting actions from PRIMP recommendations.
- 1st point of contact to release product (SAP)
HACCP
- Member of the site based HACCP Team for area of expertise, drive Food Safety through HACCP approach to all areas of the business.
- Collect and input data for HACCP meeting
Functional Expert (Operational)
- CI System Management.
- New Waiver system Management.
- CI Change Management communication to all facilities.
