Job Purpose

Managing the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality and Food Safety, and MARS standards as they apply to the factory site.

Ensure conformance to all company, legal and regulatory requirements including ISO 9001, ISO/FSSC 22000, FSMA and MARS Standards.

What are we looking for?

Minimum 

• Knowledge of computer and MS Office
• Knowledge of Quality & Food Safety Systems
• 1 -3 years’ experience in food manufacturing industry
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High interpersonal and communication skills
• Specialized education - food technology, commodity science, quality management, chemistry or related (preferred but not required)

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Support the continuous improvement of the QMS and MARS QMP and other mandatory standards
• Making recommendations regarding improvement and sustainability of the quality and food safety culture
• Support the compliance to all government legal and regulatory requirements required, by the country
• Support Internal and External audit functions
• Initiating activities and actions improving quality management systems in cooperation with all department (CI, Commercial, Technical, Operations, R&D)
