Function

• Ensuring Product Quality in line with project requirements for the relevant disciplines
• Perform QC related activities on contractor/supplier work
• Implement QA/QC requirements in the execution of project Construction, MC and commissioning works
• Review Quality Control plans / ITPs for the manufacturing of equipment / packages and for integration of same at the project.
• Review Quality control plans / ITPs for the installation’s activities at the project
• Participate to inspection for punch A clearance and line walk down for punch B clearance
• Ensure all Hold/Witness points in the ITPs are attended by Company
• Ensure NCRs are raised when work is not in compliance with project specifications and applicable standards
• Liaise with construction and commissioning team
• Ensure good communication with EPCI contractor
• Provide inputs for the preparation of the MC dossier in accordance with project requirements
• Follow up QA/QC routines and procedures for the Construction/Completion phase and follow up by site inspections
• Participate in inspection activities according to Inspection and Test plan (ITP) as required
• Act in accordance with company core values and HSE program, act as Company Safety and HSEQ compliance champion at project and perform assurances according to project objectives

Requirements

• Relevant higher education
• Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
• 10-15 years of relevant experience
