Brief description of job: Ensure quality compliance adherence.

• Duties include but are not limited to:
• Performs quality checks
• Manage rework on shift
• Retain out of specification product
• Record all information for food safety investigations
• Manage shift chargebacks
• Help identify root cause(s) for non-conforming product
• Participate and facilitate Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Audits
• Key personnel member in quality and food safety program
• Participates in all Plant safety initiatives
• Maintains work area in clean and orderly condition
• Operate forklift as needed
• Other tasks as assigned
• Review and be knowledgeable on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and upper and lower control limits.

• Ability to utilize computer and Microsoft office products
• Ability to work Overtime
• Ability to learn gauges and how to maintain
• Ability to learn forklift
• Assist with supporting QA systems.
