How would you like to make sure our systems make products that are world-class in quality? We are looking for someone to provide Quality Assurance Leadership for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) product quality systems and activities across the business category for new product initiatives. As our business continues to have unprecedented growth, this role will provide Quality Assurance (QA) support and guidance through the initiative process by ensuring quality expectations and technical readiness requirements for all phases of development are met for product launch.

This role will provide overall Quality Assurance leadership and support for project initiatives as a core member of a project team. Provide QA support and mentorship for initiative related activities such as consumer or clinical studies, material qualifications, stability, validation, sales samples, and product launch activities. You will understand and ensure regulations for production of drug, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and consumer goods are met.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.), or Health Care.

  • Experience/formal education in Quality Sciences

  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs, GMP, material qualifications, validation, and product launches

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Analytical thinking, leadership, and innovation
