Required Skills and experience
- Project level quality planning, Conceptual and Practical knowledge of Quality models and standards like ITIL, CMMI, ISO 9001, Lean / Six Sigma, Metrics, Software engineering and basics of project management. Focus on Metrics Analysis and Productivity improvement levers like Tools and Automation.
- The candidate should possess good auditing, analytical and problem solving skills. The candidate is expected to work as an individual contributor and shall have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a Quality and Productivity plan with the objective to improve quality, productivity, reduce risk and improve customer satisfaction accounts / practices within cluster of projects.
- Anchor creation of Process / Quality plan for project, perform project process assessment and analyze project performance.
- Identify process improvement areas and conduct process trainings.
- Participate in change management programs.
- Pro-actively manage risks.
- Plan, recommend and implement to the customer feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct Training enablement including creation of training material
- Audit plan, execution and reporting.
- Support LATAM initiatives.
Education Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Engineering Graduate or equivalent with 7 years of experience/ Post Graduate with 5 years of experience. Non Engineering Graduate require 9 years of experience.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience working in a CMMI Level 5 company is a must.
- Nice to have experience with ISO 9001, Lean or Six Sigma.
- Additional Requirements: Understanding of customers’ relevant industry / domain aspects, Business Value and other client satisfaction drivers. Nice to have, experience in Retail and Banking projects.
