P&G is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager at our Mason Business Center responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Quality systems, procedures, and standards for on-going product and initiative delivery. This individual will have direct responsibility for the management of on-site Quality Assurance/Quality Control personnel and product release. You will be the single point of contact for external and internal audits. Additionally, you may have Platform Quality Assurance responsibilities.

Qualifications

You're a good fit if:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.), or degree with relevant experience

• You have experience/formal education in Quality Sciences

• Knowledge of regulatory affairs, clinical studies, material qualifications, validation, and product launches

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
