ShoutOUT Labs is a SaaS company, headquartered in Sri Lanka with users and partners from countries including the US, UAE, UK, Caribbean Islands, Nepal and Nigeria. We are focused on building a customer experience platform through our three main products: Loyalty Management, Campaign Management, and Intelligence Chatbot Building Platform. 
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Creating a test automation process in collaboration with other team members and conducting manual tests.
• Taking the leadership of Quality Assurance of the software and educating team members on test automation best practices.
• Understanding the solution, having an overview of existing tests, and finding ways to improve test coverage.
• Creating and maintaining automated tests for web applications as well as APIs
• Recording test progress and results.
• Researching new tools, technologies, and testing processes.

 
Qualifications Required:

• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• A degree or diploma in relevant subjects from a university or a reputed institute.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Mocha, automated testing tools such as Selenium and Puppeteer.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, NodeJS and React JS testing frameworks
• Experience in VueJS is a plus
• Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests for frontend and backend applications.
• Good understanding of test automation for cloud based applications.
• Knowledge on test automation in CI/CD pipelines is a plus
