The QA Capability Sr. Manager Has responsibility for the development, implementation, monitoring and improvement of one or more Quality Systems related to policies and procedures, performance measurement, continuous improvement, capability and development and validation of our systems and processes. Systems include consumer comments, learning and development, investigations, and validation.

Qualifications

You’re a good fit if:

• You have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.)

• You have experience with manufacturing operations

• You have demonstrated leadership and communication skills at an individual and team level

• You have critical thinking skills

• You have excellent written and verbal communication as well as attention to detail
