Our operations team is looking for highly motivated and talented candidates to participate in auditing/reviewing advertisements. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical & communication skills, attention to details, and a commitment to excellence. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in written and verbal English with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and identify trends / patterns for defect and craft long term / sustainable preventive actions to eliminate defects.
  • Proactively scrub through Amazon catalog to identify restricted products for advertising based on Amazon advertising guidelines
  • Work with partner teams on root cause analysis using quality tools like 5 Whys, Cause and Effect Diagram.
  • Partner with tech, program and Ops to drive solutions to closure
  • Create business review documents for the scope managed by self.
  • Identify and build business metrics to represent the health of processes
