What you’ll be doing:

The QA function operates as a sub-team within the larger Scrum team, so this role involves looking after the sub team and participating in managing the whole Agile Scrum process and team.The SMART team sits within Capita Consulting with access to experts and support and across the business plus potential future opportunities you would expect from a large progressive organisation. Responsibilities include:-

• Automated software test process and script management 
• Software release and deployment management
• Software quality and process adherence
• Manual testing of software

What we’re looking for:

• Have flexibility to travel for work, when required
• Have the right to work in the UK & have been a permanent UK resident for the last 3 years, ideally but minimum of 1 year, to meet security clearance/vetting requirements.
• Agile scrum methodology- experience of following and managing Agile Scrum
• Organisation skills – ensuring all tasks are completed in the correct order for reliable regular releases
• Communication – preparation of release notes and liaising and understanding stakeholders requirements
