This is an exciting role to be in a position to drive improvements to the provider digital experience. The objective is to translate the digital roadmap into actionable business requirements for our delivery and UX teams. The approach is data-first, and highly personalized. The end product will require collaboration with other Product Owners, designers, development teams, and internal stakeholders such as sales and operations, and will result in significant value for Cigna’s clients, brokers, and business stakeholders. You will own the full feature life cycle from identification, prioritization, and documentation, through development, testing, and delivery to market. This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
