Position Summary

Opportunity to join our Biophysical screening and characterization group, developing and improving assays for our high thoughput protein therapeutic developability assessments.   Focus will be on learning and making a variety of biophysical measurements such as polyspecifity assays, colloidal stability and protein solubility using Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) technology, and PEG solubility. If time permits, candidate will also asses protein interactions by Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) and/or Bio-layer Interferometry (BLI) technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and/or improve protocols for polyspecifcity (ELISA), DLS kD, PEG precipitation assays
• Perform experiments, analyze data, and review the relevant scientific literature.
• If time permits, develop and run SPR and/or Octet binding assays

Qualifications & Experience

• Biochemistry lab experience, especially working with proteins/antibodies
• Desire to work and learn in the context of a collaborative environment.
