The Consumer Mobile Propositions team is focused on growing Vodafone’s share within this valuable market with innovative, challenger-oriented propositions. These propositions bring together the best of Vodafone’s mobile business and we are looking for a dynamic thinker who is motivated to deliver best in class customer engagement.
What will you be doing?
Your remit will include strategic development and in-life management & optimisation of Vodafone’s Connected Devices portfolio (tablets, laptops, mobile broadband), OneNumber product as well as ownership of incentivised pricing structures that drive sales.
You will be responsible for leading on strategy in this space and working with delivery teams to define the roadmap for growth. For propositions already in play, you will be accountable for performance optimisation. This will involve understanding the market to ensure competitive positioning, continuously seeking to enhance our offering and finding ways to increase market share whilst maintaining a happy customer base.
Who are we looking for?
• Thorough understanding of the Consumer Mobile and mobile broadband market, including working within a proposition and/or product role directly related to this market
• Strong understanding across multiple connected device markets
• Track record of insight-led product or proposition changes, including flawless execution record where you put the customer at the heart of the change
• Ability to champion the voice of your customer within the business to drive effective decision making
• A strong commercial mind, able to make clear recommendations on what to invest in and what to stop
• Experience from another Telco / Media / Tech environment or other subscriber market.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships in order to lead virtual teams and get things done.
• Proven ability to drive change through a complex business and deal with multiple demanding stakeholders.
