A bit about the job:
You will deliver the Aviva Financial Advice (AFA) proposition in line with our strategic roadmap, supporting Aviva’s overall ambition to grow its share of the financial advice market through improved lead and fee income generation, extended wealth proposition, increased assets under management and investment, and overall improved customer retention. You will offer expert support and advice to the wider business on new developments, ensuring that these solutions continue to meet the needs of both the business and our customer base.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Previous experience of delivering propositional change, for a customer centric Financial Services brand
Knowledge of regulatory, statutory, and legislative rules within the FS sector i.e., an understanding how to ensure that propositions are compliant
Experience of D2C proposition and/or product development for financial products, such as Equity Release
Positive attitude to change, matched with the ability to influence and manage expectations of key stakeholders, thanks to a collaborative communication style
Effective problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
What you’ll get for this role:
Annual salary of between £40,000 to £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
