The newly created Business Development team (within Vodafone Consumer) is focused on rapidly growing Vodafone’s market share by bringing to market innovative, customer orientated propositions that embody our challenger spirit.
What will you be doing?
You’ll have direct accountability for insurance P&L and be responsible for planning and maintaining the Consumer Insurance proposition and ensuring optimum performance. This will involve understanding the market to ensure competitive positioning, continuously seeking to enhance our offering and finding ways to increase attachments rates whilst maintaining a happy customer base.
You will live and breathe the customer experience, defining and measuring relevant performance targets (operational and commercial) to ensure strong customer engagement with commercial viability. You would be expected to develop ideas to help drive digital transformation – something that sits at the heart of the team.
Who are we looking for?
• Proven track record in consumer commercial proposition development with added experience working on FCA regulated propositions.
• Good understanding of the FCA regulatory environment surrounding insurance.
• Track record of insight-led proposition development, putting the customer at the heart.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships in order to lead virtual teams and get things done.
• Proven ability to drive change through a complex business and deal with multiple demanding stakeholders.
