About the role
This as an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded recently qualified Chartered Surveyor to join our busy Property Team managing an ever growing estate. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business by delivering a great service in line with our business strategy. In this role you will gain experience across the Greggs business and work directly with senior managers. There is great potential for future career progression in the business.
The overall purpose of the Estate Management Surveyors role is to support the Regional Property Managers in all aspects of the day to day tasks as would be expected in a busy corporate property team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Regional Property Managers in delivering the business plan objectives
- Lease Renewals Strategy – manage your own caseload and that of our external agent instructions which will include managing the financial appraisal and sign off process
- Rent Review Strategy – manage both your own caseload and our external agent instructions
- Property Management – responsible for creating, implementing and managing the incoming property management queries received from our Maintenance Team.
- Refit Programme – support the delivery of the refit programme.
About You
Skills you'll bring:
- Degree in Estate Management or similar
- Recently Qualified Chartered Surveyor
- Computer Literacy
- Experience of Landlord and Tenant, property management.
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Must be prepared to travel throughout the UK
