The Project Business Analyst will support the regional Project Director to analyze financial and operational data. In this role you will be responsible for major and complex financial analysis and presentation ensuring validity of source data.
 

As a Projects Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Analyzing and providing financial data for operations reviews, pacing and financial reconciliations.
  • Leading regional SOX compliance, reviewing with regional team, driving improved performance and applying control plans to achieve continuous process/data compliance
  • Ensuring deployment and compliance to regional SAP projects and processing controls, which include defining and managing SAP project structure, schedule, cost baseline, etc.
  • Being responsible for regional support and control for ATR compliance / Training / Time Dropping & Audit
  • Acting as an expert in SAP / BW / BO / BI expert for Region and answering application/process questions for Project Managers and Team
  • Supporting the region for SAP changes and assisting with roll-outs, super user training, user training, reporting for new processes, providing on-going support, monitoring processes, etc.
  • Ensuring that revenues and cost were correctly reported from SAP and non-SAP sites to HFM, TS.
  • Driving ECA & WIP correction and Assisting on Pricing Analytics for Region
  • Being accountable for reviewing and recording CM Variation across P&L

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 additional years’ experience in Projects / operations management
  • Be a good communicator and be fluent in English
  • Good to have Experience in SAP.
  • Have understanding of BH financial process

Additional Information

The pay range for this role will be: 75,900.00 - 148,500.00 USD Annual

You will be eligible to participate in the Baker Hughes Fullstream Short-term incentive program applicable for the above position.  The actual payout for your short-term incentive award will be based on company and individual performance and is contingent upon Baker Hughes achieving pre-determined financial results. 

You will be eligible to participate in Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k). You will have a choice of coverage options that best suit your needs. Coverage options and contribution amounts are related to your benefit elections, base salary level and specific requirements of each of these plans.
