Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with dealers to review and enter needed setup information
  • Discuss, compare, verify, and input data within the system as directed by the dealer
  • Performs final configuration, confirmation, and verification of data and integrations as approved by the dealer
  • Determines the changes desired with the implementation of the dealer's new account to ensure the dealer is set up for success
  • Test and validate that all data is loaded accurately, and all integrations are functioning properly
  • Effectively communicate onboarding status through daily/weekly updates and final implementation recaps
  • Successfully completed training/certification for the assigned business unit (DMS, Vin, Xtime) and setup single point dealers with minimal account load, working towards successfully managing a full account load and meeting Cox minimum requirements for level II position

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual French-English speaking, reading, and writing fluency is required
  • High school diploma or GED required

AND

  • 3+ years related/relevant work experience required
    • (OR Associate’s Degree and 1+ year of related/relevant work experience)
    • (OR Bachelor’s Degree and up to 1 year of related/relevant work experience)
  • Must be tech savvy and able to conduct regular consultative sessions with our dealership customers.
  • General Data Entry Experience and typing at a minimum of 50 wpm
  • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively articulate and communicate in a way that retains engagement
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively to ensure successful completion of each product launch
  • Patience with customers of all technical and business skill levels
  • Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications
  • Ability to work at a PC using web-based tools for extended periods of time with limited interruptions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree preferred (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
  • Automotive Industry experience preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce or CRM systems a plus
  • Experience with web-based virtual meetings
