Qualifications

• Project Management Fundamentals (Communications, Change management, Stakeholder management, Financials management, Scheduling, etc.).
• Knowledge of scaling agile methods and/or Hybrid PM models
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with and influence project managers, board members, project stakeholders, etc.
• Strong EQ and leadership skills to move the work forward even in stressful or difficult situations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze multiple sources of data, requirements, and priorities and come up with the best possible scenario to accelerate project completion and value delivery.
• Self-starter: Ability to generate own ideas and proposals, and to pivot an adapt strategies as needed.
