Job Description

PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT

  • You will be responsible for development, planning and execution of all assigned projects

  • You will lead project scope development and options analysis driving to most efficient means of accomplishing each project

  • Closely manage project meetings, timelines, & budget

  • Represent client (e.g., Operations) ensuring their expectations are met and priorities articulated

  • Conduct and lead project meetings to ensure the team is integrated and delivering against project goals and minimizing associated project risks

  • Assist in removing barriers to efficient work flow and progress

  • Coordinate capture and resolution of project punch lists using necessary tools (e.g., BIM360, Finishline, Bluebeam etc.)

TEAMWORK, COLLABORATION, AND COMMUNICATION

  • Collaborate and foster relationships with Resort partners and lines of businesses (LOB) to ensure the final product best meets intended business objectives

  • Coordinate operational constraints and project objectives to minimize Guest and operational impacts

  • Create and distribute project updates and meeting notes documenting all: work, project status, key milestones, key decisions made, timelines, etc. for all stakeholders and leadership

  • Assist and coordinate any project documentation required

  • Track all stages of design and construction key milestones on a master spreadsheet to ensure compliance/completion

  • Attend meetings and represent Program Development in the absence of Sr. Program Manager

  • Other responsibilities may include managing projects in Hotels, DTD, Attractions, Food and Beverage, Digital Guest Experience,  Arrival experience and Construction and Logistics

CONSTRUCTION AND LOGISTICS

  • You will attend construction muster meetings and communicate impact to the local operations/Resort

  • Set and apply needs for temporary graphics and processes to ensure the smooth functioning of BOH Resort operations.

  • Monitor construction fence impacts and associated standards

  • Field supervision will require walking into active construction areas wearing appropriate

Desired Qualifications:

  • General project management / construction management Project management

  • Theme Park Operations experience

  • Ability to read and understand design and construction drawings and to make edits based on the needs of senior stakeholders and the Resort requirements.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related business / project management or equivalent work experience
