About the Role:

• Accountable for the planning and execution of the plans agreed with stakeholders
• Responsible for the monitoring and management of the delivery plans established
• Responsible for the team’s adoption of the recommended practices in software engineering
• Responsible for establishing professional relationships with relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Requires knowledge of and experience in the functional areas. Should solve problems with less guidance from reporting manager. Must provide guidance to colleagues on matters relating to agile methodologies and strongly influence teams to adopt practices recommended by the different functional areas to ensure quality while considering the context in which the team(s) works with.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Information Technology
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development type projects and 2+ years of project management OR 3 years of project management experience with strong exposure to agile frameworks, especially in Scrum.
• Ability to influence others positively
