What will you be doing?
As a Project Manager within the Project Services team, you will deliver large complex projects for our customers either independently or as part of programme to time cost and quality criteria.
You will create, consolidate and validate project estimates for inclusion in customer opportunities and deliver multi-tower technical solutions into enterprise customer estates.
Responsibilities will include, the creation of project plans and schedules, tracking milestone delivery, managing the project requirements, scope and specifications and project budgets through regular finance tracking.
Strong governance will be demonstrated through accurate reporting on project progress to senior stakeholders within Vodafone and to the customer and developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
As we Experiment and Learn fast, we expect you to close projects and record lessons to promote resilience and continuous improvement, promote the use of digital tools over manual processes and handoffs.

A successful track record of delivering complex customer projects within a fast-paced ICT or Telecommunications industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when working with remote team members and stakeholders
The ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders
A dynamic approach to leading matrix teams, with a drive towards team empowerment and self-sufficiency
Pragmatic approach to problem solving and issue resolution
A keen interest in continuous improvement and digitisation
Delivery orientated project management certifications such as PMI, PMP, Prince 2, Agile.
Candidates should be eligible and willing to undergo vetting to obtain MoD SC clearance (UK resident for the last 5 years).
