We work together to build a better, stronger and more efficient TUI for the future. We make IT fly.

Additionally, you will be expected to display expert stakeholder management skills, working closely with business and technology stakeholders at all levels of seniority.

 ABOUT THE JOB

  • You will bring together and lead teams, focusing on the business need to refine the project vision and collaboratively lead the project team to form a delivery plan that delivers value incrementally.

  • You enjoy coaching others and are a strong facilitator, demanding high delivery standards and team performance.

  • As a Project Manager you are accountable for project scope and proactively managing budget, change control, risks and adherence to TUI’s project delivery framework, architecture and security standards.

  • You manage project plans and delivery roadmaps, anticipating risks to schedule or budget and continuously optimising critical paths. You ensure effective use of available resources, providing appropriate visibility of project status, financial forecasts, risks and issues for relevant governance forums.

  • You love to work in an international, multi-cultural team and play an active role in the project management Community of Practice.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience working with technology and business change. Able to understand and convey complicated ideas in a way that can be understood by a variety of stakeholders.

  • Breadth of knowledge and experience using both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies to manage concurrent projects within a portfolio, prioritising effectively and leading by example with clear, collaborative communication to meet business expectations.

  • Talent to lead people and build consensus around change, influencing multiple stakeholders across organisational and cultural boundaries, managing conflict where necessary.

  • Self-starter with track record of building successful project teams in enterprise organisations, typically without direct line management responsibility is beneficial.

  • Interest for the airline industry or consultancy background is an asset.
