What you’ll be doing:
• Interface point between Client Change Team, Capita Change Team, Capita Operation and third parties as necessary
• Definition of project scope, objectives and deliverables with key stakeholders
• Development of project plans and associated documentation, for example, RAID, Progress reports
• Clear understanding of risks/issues and their impact on project success, including the definition and execution of effective risk mitigation actions
• Managing scope products and deliverables to ensure they are delivered to agreed time, cost, quality, TCF and compliance objectives
• Defining resource requirements for each change item and/or project
• Ability to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using the appropriate tools along with Identification and management of project dependencies and critical path
• Development and implementation of appropriate measurements and methodologies for managing change performance, to ensure delivery of agreed change standards, including time/quality/cost
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a real passion for project delivery, who can work effectively and autonomously within a matrix managed environment. You will be adept at mobilising and initiating projects in a short space of time alongside monitoring and managing other project, IT and Operational team members. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and possess a hands on approach to delivery. You will also be able to have a:
• Proven record of successful delivery of small and medium scale projects
• Proven record of risk and issue identification and management
• Experience of structured approaches to project and programme delivery using Prince 2 or MSP methodology
• Experience of Change Management and Change Governance within a PMO/PSO style environment
• Knowledge of relevant management and business change techniques such as lean, six sigma, business process modelling & re-engineering
