ENGIE are recruiting for a Project Manager to be based in London. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is salary of £55,000, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

The key deliverable for this role is the effective management of the construction projects (CHP, gas boilers, heat pumps, chilled water, district heating and cooling pipework) on Urban Energy projects in London and South of UK

What will you deliver?

• Manage the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Civil through a diverse set of electrical Project Managers and Site Managers, and coordinate with the Engineers, Designers, Planners & QS.

• Identify, monitor, mitigate and manage project and operational risks

• Manage the project to ensure all contractual aspects between ENGIE, clients and contractors are compliant, particularly with respect to completion of the project prior to programmed operational start date

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with project sponsors and other key stakeholders.

• Manage and own the project budgets and produce monthly financial reports with the project QS.

Who are we looking for?

• HNC/Degree level required in either a mechanical or electrical discipline

• Experience of delivering a portfolio of multi-million pound M&E/Civil Projects with a diverse project delivery team

• Extensive Project Management Experience
