We have a fantastic opportunity as a Project Manager, working in our exciting and fast paced Project Delivery Team on the O2 Partnership. As a Project Manager, you will be part of a team impact assessing and delivering O2 Change Requests, working closely with other colleagues across the O2 Partnership and Capita Experience division.

This is a full-time permanent role which can be based out of any of our sites.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing multiple end to end client driven and internally initiated projects within the Project Delivery Team on the O2 Partnership
  • Planning, scheduling and delivering change in a financially controlled way to best fit the needs of the business and be responsible for managing relationships across Project Delivery, Planning, IT, Operations, the Client and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a change
  • Managing the whole lifecycle of the change, from impact assessment to design and build, through to managing the delivery and handover to the live environment
  • Putting in place and operating effective governance to ensure there is adherence to the Change Governance framework across Telefonica and CCM.
  • Owning and producing necessary documentation including plans and RAID logs, reporting progress, escalating key risks or issues, and working with other Change and Project Managers within a fast-paced delivery environment
  • Proactively drive personal and professional development

What we’re looking for:

  • Understanding of project frameworks and methodologies, industry wide and/or bespoke
  • Expert use of office tools including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Experience working within a Change or Project environment
  • Prince2 Foundation of equivalent Project Manager qualification preferred but not essential
